IRSS Legacy Project
The Indian Residential School Survivor (IRSS) Legacy project responds to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) Call to Action 82, which requests the establishment of a publicly accessible and highly visible Residential School Sculpture in each capital city to honour Survivors and all the children who were lost to their families and communities.
2019 IRSS Legacy Celebration
The 2nd annual IRSS Legacy Celebration celebrates diverse Indigenous Nations while honouring residential school survivors and their families. The two days will feature workshops, ceremonies and events downtown Toronto.
